Christmas breakfast... yummy! Waffle, refried beans mixed with olive oil (yes, I said refried beans), maple syrup, parsley, hot coppa, muenster cheese and a fried egg

It came and it went, like it always does... we started out with the four of us, then Aunt Nannie came over for some breakfast and Christmas cheer, then we headed over to Mom and Dad's (Grandma and Grandpa) house to celebrate with family. The twinnies had fun and were very good; Quinn got two baby dolls and Carter got a remote control Jet... thank you Grandma and Grandpa! Jace LOVED his Bat Man gifts and everyone had a wonderful time. Until next year... Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve 2009

For the past few years now, we have been going to Gary and Carol Jarr's house to visit with them, Bry and Amber and all their friends that stop by. This year was particularly special to us as it is the first Christmas Eve without lovable Gary. We had a wonderful time, ate good food, had yummy drinks and enjoyed seeing Carol in her beautifully decorated festive home where there is still so much love, laughter and stories to share. The twinnies had a great time as well and loved opening there gift from Bry and Amber as well as getting into all of Christmas decorations (Carol thanks for pulling out the snow globes!). Here's to you Gary... we miss you dearly.

Carter and Ellie girl

Carter just adores Ellie... he follows her around the house, "pets" her and gives her plenty of kisses.

New Traditions

With the twinnies starting to comprehend the holiday season (to an extent), we are starting new traditions. Friday we got our small tree that is behind the "fence" so the twinnies may enjoy, but not touch, eat or break. :) We also started a tradition with Glamma and Grandpa Gannon of visiting Santa in downtown Seattle. We look forward to building more and more memories with the coming seasons and holidays.
